Summary
Laurel tries to balance the vampire revolution with maintaining her friendships and family connections. Her mom won't stop asking questions that Laurel isn't ready to answer. Managing the hunger that comes with vampirism is also still proving to be an issue. So is keeping a growing number of vampires under control without actually being controlling.
Duke is struggling to deal with imprisonment.
At least none of them get hangovers.
