Summary
Till is a struggling musician, well struggling isn't the right word. He's reached some level of celebrity in the local underground scene, but record sales are dwindling. His producer comes to him with a less than savory solution: pretend to date someone for clout. Not just anyone, some model looking to break into the music scene. It's unsettling and leaves a bad taste in Till's mouth, he hates lying and at its core, that's all this, a lie. It sounds simple, just be seen together, pose for some photos, they don't even have to be physically affectionate, no big deal.
“It’s easy enough and it’ll benefit us both, I don’t see the harm.”
“The harm,” Till replies, “is that this is wrong, I don’t like you, you don’t like me, this is lying, plain and simple.”
“Lying is okay every once in a while, if no one gets hurt and the ends justify the means,” Ivan answers.

Ella leaned forward, her grin widening as though she were gearing up for something big. “All right, the kiddie gloves are coming off!” she announced, practically buzzing with excitement.
Ivan straightened slightly in his seat, already bracing himself. He knew what was coming next. After all, a person doesn’t just release a rejection song without raising a few eyebrows.
“For those who don’t know,” she began, turning her attention to the camera, “MAPS is a heart-wrenching song about yearning and rejection!” She let the words linger, her dramatic delivery pulling the audience in, before turning back to Ivan with a glint of mischief in her eyes. “So, naturally, everyone has been dying to know—just who managed to break the Ivan’s heart?”
The room seemed to hold its breath, her question hanging in the air as Ivan’s smile faltered, just for a second. It wasn’t the first time he’d heard it, and it wouldn’t be the last.

"Till's breath fans across Ivan’s throat, making all the air freeze up in his lungs. Then, Till skims an exploratory finger over the skin of Ivan’s chin, brushes it over the swell of his bottom lip, and comes to let it rest against the tip of an unfamiliar fang. Till tests the point with the pad of his thumb while the tip of his nail presses into Ivan’s top lip. He pushes just hard enough to set an indent into his skin, but stops before blood runs loose, freed from vein and artery.
It forces a shiver down Ivan’s spine, achy and sweet and devastating all at once. He has to breathe through the feeling, lest he be swept out by the current and drown in a silvery moonlit sea."

Till looked around, then pointed at himself, confused. "Are you talking to me?"
"Yes..?" Ivan said, tilting his head to the side, looking as if he grew a second head. "You're my wife."
"What?" was the only thing Till could mutter, mouth agape.
"C'mere!" Ivan whined, making grabby hands towards him. "I missed you!"
or ivan gets into a car accident, gets partial amnesia, and wholeheartedly believes that till is his wife. till was far from mortified.

Then Ivan grabs his arm, and Till is whirled around, forced to look him in the eye. Blazing, blazing, always in motion, always looking—for what? For him?
“You’ve done this before,” Ivan says firmly. “You keep running.”
Till’s breath hitches. “I know that,” he says, and he sounds resigned, even to himself, like he’s surrendering. “But you keep going after me. And that is just as worse.”

Summary
Till is your average young man that enjoys spending his free nights drinking alone (or with friends), after a long day of work. He never lets anything get in between what he wants to do or how he wants to live. But, he ends up finding something too out of reach for him: Ivan.
An indecipherable, handsome, charming and overwhelming young man that sets his heart a blaze as soon as he appears in front of his eyes. And the type of person he swore he hated the most. Yet, Till can't help but feel drawn to him, and therefore starts chasing after Ivan, blaming it as a simple little want for a night or two.
Who would have thought that making that man break a sweat and crack his perfect appearance would be so difficult? And, to make matters worse… that this silly affair would turn into something more than just sex? -
