Of course, Elphaba’s curious spirit always won over in the end. She was sure that Galinda had something risky up her sleeve, but she might as well see it play out. Her finger ran over the buttons, eyeing the girl suspiciously, and then she pressed the power. Galinda’s jaw clenched, her fingers flexed like she wanted to close her fists, and she took a deep, shaky breath. For a minute, it had seemed like nothing had actually happened, but then Elphaba heard it. A small, barely audible buzzing.

OR Elphaba has a remote that controls a vibrator inside Galinda. While studying at lunch, she is supposed to use it whenever Galinda gets a question wrong. Apparently hearing Galinda talk about math really turns Elphaba on.
