The agent Tequila has many effects on him - as much as it was the other way around - although Phantom had never thought that jealousy was one of them. Despite his attempts of denying it, he still shows up in the club where Tequila plays his role as a host in the VIP Lounge during a mission. Needless to say: the night ended up in another way altogether.

It wasn't long after arriving on Rhodes Island that Broca realises the backline workers stood closest to his understanding of what the phrase 'peanut gallery' meant. He caught wind of the ship's Seven Wonders almost immediately ― not even two days since he had first been stationed as an Operator.
Most of them felt innocuous enough. Disappearing wards and cabins were a staple, of course. So were rumours of hidden stairwells and the like.
He can't help himself from mulling over one in particular, though. More often than he cares to admit, too, unfortunately ― with how near-constant the chance seems to present itself.

And thus explains why he's currently engaged in a staring contest with a cat.
