Summary
Dimple is an age-old spirit, imprisoned in the body of a priest and forced to work for a religious organization of vampire hunters called Claw. During a routine extermination of a rumored vampire nest, he comes across Reigen - a vampire so new, he doesn't even know he's been turned yet. In an act of defiance against Claw, Dimple decides to hide Reigen from the organization and teach him how to survive with his new condition. However, it's not so easy when the vampire in question isn't very cooperative.

He corners the kid while he’s alone with his water bottle, recovering from the exertion of his latest round of offensive telekinesis on an implausibly massive scale and still breathing hard, his shoulders heaving. There’s more than enough space for Sakurai to sit beside him. He doesn’t. He pushes his hands into his pockets and says, “Just thought you might want to know: Miyagawa didn’t make it.”
The kid glances up at him. His face is flushed; his tufty hair is slicked wet and nearly flat by sweat. “Who?” he says politely.

Koyama was annoying and abrasive, Sakurai was judging and cutting with his words. They had both mellowed out during the few last years, but neither of them was really ready for a "proper" relationship.
... it didn't mean that they wouldn't have one, or miss each other after a month-long break.

Sakurai doesn’t find Koyama exceptionally attractive. The gaudy piercings, blocky features and terrible haircut detract from the only part of his appearance Sakurai does actively stare after –his muscles.
But occasionally there come brief moments where some aspect of Koyama catches his eye and he finds himself fascinated.
