“Really, Roxanne, you of all people should know better.” Pepper shook his head. “If this colorful human turns out to be from any form of lawful authority, you know that at our next party you’ll walk the plank in a toucan outfit while we throw eels at you.”
“Plus, can you imagine doing all those customs taxes? Ka’Tuna’s fins, it comes out of everyone’s monthly catnip money!”
“Catnip is just as important as naps,” Pepper added solemnly, drawing himself up to his full height with a glint in his eye.
