It’s a role Calion had spent his whole young life preparing for and something that gave him a great deal of anxiety whenever the position came to mind. Could he choose, Calion would spend his days playing his instruments, his favorite of which being his bell drum. His heart was filled with music, and his spirit was imbued with the art of his ancestors. He didn’t want to rule a nation. He didn’t want to oversee great houses.
