Summary
After a few catastrophic days, brothel manager Blue Jones is now faced with an understaffed establishment. His best patron, the High Roller, is left unsatisfied. Knowing that he must please him at all cost, he tries to discuss a solution with him - his whole existence may depend on it.
Yet, this is only one layer of the reality of the situation.
Facing the consequences of his actions, the Orderly has become a patient at the asylum he used to work at. The Doctor, who is partially responsible for this, notices that the other man has developed an intimidating fixation on him.
