INSIDE the game leaves a lot to interpretation so have mine from the eyes of the mermaid who then becomes the Protagonist and the head of the research that wishes nothing but helping him and the Huddle.

Summary
the boy ends the experiment realizing he's playing into their trap. Feeling and remembering all the encounters of death he's been through just to start again with the same outcome. He decides he's out for blood, if he has the chance to hurt whoever did this to him.
