-This story gives a new backstory to the oft-forgotten DC character, Jessie Quick. It was bothering me that she doesn't get the attention she deserves from the fans or the writers, so this is where this spawned from. The characterizations might be a bit OOC, but that's just because I'd like to see more facets of character's personalities represented.
