Megatron and Optimus have some kind of weird rivalry hate-marriage, and they both think Rodimus is basically a huge brat and needs to be taken down a peg. Although Optimus probably wouldn't phrase it quite like that. Not sure how it happens (Rodimus approaches them? They sit him down and proposition him? idk) they end up tying him up and having their way with him together.
