Gary had left in the night and had no interest in seeing him again and had been planning his leave for who knew how long, maybe the second he saw Ghost he wanted out, then decided to stay so he could leave.
Although that was a selfish thought he knew wasn’t true, but he needed a reason - any at all to hate him, but he just didn’t have it in him when Gary had been nothing but understanding and assured him every time he felt guilty for what they were doing.
Gary betrayed him, but he knew he was at fault for it, he pushed him out and so did everyone else.

It was set up to protect a nesting forest of Scottish crossbill and a very rare grey seal mer colony. All is going well, except the never-ending influx of nosy tourists overstepping boundaries and poachers trying to steal the mers for private collectors, until his husband, journalist and mer rights activist Gary Garrick, gets a target on their back by messing with a wealthy private collector.

With Shepherd gone, marked as a traitor, and chaos left in his wake, Task Force 141 must clean up the mess, and it's looking bad — until a faint signal brings a glimmer of hope. Can they save the one behind that signal? And can he in turn save the team from what Shepherd has done to their trust?
It's a reader insert, but Reader is once again male. This happens after the first fanfic of the series, but you don't have to read that one first (but it would help understand some pairings and other things). After collecting the teams' input, Price is working out the holes they painfully figured out on their last mission, trying to now optimise and stabilise the team further. He's almost drowned himself in what-if scenarios when he gets a call from Laswell telling him she's willing to lend him her favourite knife.

It's a reader insert, but Reader is male. I'm not confident enough in my English that I would be able to keep it gender neutral for the whole amount of texts I have planned, and I'd hate to make someone feel uncomfortable with the wrong pronouns. So I chose Male!Reader because that seems to be a bit more uncommon and so... This is for all the male Reader x CoD fans that sometimes get the short end of the stick. Reader has no name, but he has a call sign. Also, Roach is very much alive in my world, and so is Soap.

Takes place after Roach's rescue but the trauma and nightmares of his kidnapping follow him like a dead weight. With Ghost's help, Roach deals with the aftermath of his experience. Falling in love wasn't part of the plan, though.

That was until a mask figured saved him out of nowhere.

AU story about Ghost, an assassin who kills the upper class and Roach, a newly recruited police officer, Who ends up crossing paths one night. Maybe they can work as a team, if they can trust eachother enough.

“SOAP! ROYCE IS DOWN!” Shouts Ghost.
“Goddamnit, Price, we need to get the boys out of here! The mission is FUBAR; just call for an extraction.” Soap radios, barely audible over the gunfire coming from enemy forces.
“What the hell do you think I was just doing,” questions Price, “Nikolai can’t get close enough for evac!”
“We’re fucked” Whines Meat, in character as usual.
“Alright, everyone, group up in the clocktower. We’re going to have to hold these bastards off as long as possible.” Commands Soap. Everyone begins making their way to the building. Ghost comes through the door first, Royce slung over his shoulder. Next follows Meat, nursing an injured knee and propping up a considerably worse Chemo. Finally, the rest of the team arrives, damaged, vastly worse for wear, and not in any shape to fight back.
Just as Soap is about to make some sappy speech about how ‘serving with these men was an honor’ or shit like that, a sudden thump on the roof grabs everyone's attention. The sound of boots pounding on the rooftop makes everyone in the room tense up and ready their weapons for their last hoo-rah.
