As the weight of that question sunk in, Yusei vigorously shook his head and sat down next to Jack, reaching out to grab his hands.

Yusei, Jack, Crow, and Kiryuu were adopted by Martha as pups and raised to be strong packmates who know how to support each other as a family. But Yusei goes into heat years before he should, manifesting his position as an omega years before the other pups. Longing to be his strength and support, Jack carves himself into Yusei's alpha. As they grow up together, their strange relationship of need gets stronger and stronger, even as the two are uncertain over whether they want to mate, or remain single to pursue their dreams.
Jack makes this decision for himself when he suddenly leaves without warning, departing for a place they have only heard about: Neo Domino City. In that other world, he somehow becomes the symbol of peace and authority, even as the pack he abandoned suffers and breaks apart. His whole life torn upside down, Yusei swears to become stronger, and find the alpha that left him so easily. He may be an omega, but he's not going to let his alpha leave him - not like this.

"Each of you needs to look after these dolls.” Mikage sounded tired. Her hands were on her hips, looking down between the seated men and Crow.
“But, why?” Crow complained. He paced in front of the couch. He looked back and forth between Mikage and the dolls. Eventually, he walked up to the table, bending so the dolls were at eye level. A recent unusual phenomenon, a star had exploded and sent a heatwave over Neo Domino City and Satellite. It had created a power outage, and soon a change had overcome the people. It made the human body believe that their race was dying out. So it needed to factor in a replenishing agent, allowing both men and women to become pregnant.
Crow grabbed Yusei’s doll and threw it over to him. He repeated the action to Jack.
“Even if we turn out to be Omegas, we’ll keep each other safe.” Crow said sharply.

Or a short one-shot where Crow, Yusei, and Jack have to take care of dolls to determine their category in the Omegaverse. Crow has an easy time while Yusei and Jack try to keep their masculinity in check.
