He was dead before he hit the ground. I stood there in shock, even knowing this was bound to happen eventually. I felt dizzy like I was gonna puke. I slowly started realizin' that my vision was becoming all hazy and then my ears became clogged. I tried to itch the itch on the back of my head trying to pretend I don't feel anything but then I realize I can't move my arms, or my legs, I was feelin' numb. My eyes became fuzzier and fuzzier by the second and I felt like I needed to cough but couldn't. I could hardly see or feel anythin' after a few moments then I hear someone yell, "Glory, look at the kid!" It felt like everything was going slowly or somethin' because the ground felt like it was hitting more painfully than it would've. I couldn't feel nothin' everything was just black, am I dyin'? No, I can't be dying no not yet! I couldn't think anymore, it was like my mind was being muffled by the sound of sirens and noisy noises that sounded like people yellin'. I fell asleep knowing I wasn't wakin' up anytime soon.
