Kidd’s so hard it hurts, has been sporting a chub since he’d seen him sitting there, leg up on the chair, looking bereft and empty and reeking of smoke. He craves him like this, battered and filthy; with the circles under his eyes no amount of sleep seems to erase and the sickly gauntness in his cheeks.

Summary
