Jack remembers his 18th birthday well, he remembers blowing out the candles and hoping that his current girlfriend was his soulmate, but when he goes to sleep and wakes up to a dream, finding a stranger with him while they’re standing on an unknown rooftop, well that complicates things slightly.
In this universe everyone shares a dream with their soulmate, hanging out and getting to know them. However, once the dream ends and they wake up, just like actual dreams, everything is fractured. Memories of what happened are just enough foggy to serve as clues leading to their soulmate.
