However, Wei Ying had to stay late to resolve a network connection issue and the temptation dangled over his head like a sweet fruit. Would it be so wrong to double check that he’d accurately addressed the ticket he’d completed for Lan Zhan? Technically, it would make him thorough.
It was weak reasoning, but he was a weak man. He’d seen Lan Zhan leaving earlier, so he wasn’t too worried about being caught. He logged on to see a blank desktop, meaning he couldn’t just accidentally see another search request like last time. Fuck it, he was already here. He opened the browser and checked the recent search history.
