    “Inosuke, dinner is here.” Tanjiro leaned over to give his friend a nudge, noticing his skin was clammy to the touch. “Come on, Zenitsu is going to eat your portion.” Surely, that would get the dark-haired boy up.

    “Don’t want any. Go away.” Three heads snapped over to stare at him, mirrored expressions of shock on their faces. Even Nezuko was staring at Inosuke in bewilderment. Tanjiro placed his hand firmly against Inosuke’s forehead and realized his temperature was dangerously high.

    “You’re sick!”

    Or

    Inosuke is dumb and runs around in the rain until he gets sick. Luckily, Tanjiro and Zenitsu are always there to take care of him.

    Zenitsu swiftly laid down as many clothes as he could, the driest pieces they had, but most of them ended up at the end of the cave, piled into a soaking wet ball. The moment he was finished, Tanjirou and Inosuke began making their way towards him. They looked pitiful, a miserable-looking Tanjirou supporting a miserable-looking and limping Inosuke. They were near-naked to boot, too.

    "I hope all of this is going to be funny in the morning," Zenitsu drawled drily.

    In which they are caught in a storm and are forced to take shelter in a cave. Inosuke and Tanjirou end up talking about certain things.
