Aziraphale glanced up, eyes warm. “Yes. Yes, you did."

Summary
Sometimes, when you get stuck in a parallel reality where everything that went wrong in your life never happened, and you can't find you're way home, your very own field guide might come in handy. Too bad Jim is making it up as he goes.
Jim is thrown into the Prime Universe (set after tmp) and has to figure out some way to get back to his crew. Spock will do anything to find his captain and bring him back safely, even if he has to search every timeline. Countless other versions of themselves are yet to be seen, and Spock might even find a travel buddy.

Blood spurts, Joffrey laughs, and Sansa faints away.
She wakes up on... grass?
[Crossover AU, where Joffrey chops Ned Stark's head off and Sansa wakes in Middle Earth to find Boromir on his way to the Council of Elrond. It's not an easy path ahead for either of them, but like hell is Sansa going to let her father out of her sight again, especially when he volunteers to take a demonic ring to the darkest part of the land.]

Summary
He gaped at her, then frowned and subtly took a defensive stance.
"What on earth are you?"
"Don't you recognise me?"
As it was the middle of the night, the shop was barely lit, and the angel was so startled that he had hardly taken a look at his surprise guest... until now. The blond hair didn't ring any bells, but the flashy clothes, the heavy make-up, the high-pitched voice...
"Madame Tracy?" he breathed in surprise.
"You can call me Marjorie, love. I'm not here for work."
"Why—why are you here? And why are you..." He had just noticed that she was slightly translucent and couldn't find how to put it in a polite way. He vaguely gestured toward her.
"Oh. I'm fairly certain I'm dead," she said simply.OR
Madame Tracy is dead and she’s taking it well, as she lived a full life and her knees don’t hurt anymore. But she’s stuck on earth as a ghost and that’s definitely Aziraphale’s fault. So he can either confess his feelings to Crowley or get extremely haunted for the rest of his eternal existence.

Summary
Why do so many in this fandom have such a fascination with Feanor and his sons? Why do these blatant criminals, warmongers, and thieves reliably draw admiration or even love from readers, clearly contrary to their creator's intent?
Part textual history of the stories of Feanor, his sons, his family, and his angelic enemies as their characters radically changed with Tolkien's increasingly rigid beliefs, part literary analysis, part raging against the gods, part questioning the glories of paradise, this aims to convince the reader that if Feanor the character is a villain, then Feanor the personification of man's rebellion against authority is not, even if Tolkien grew to believe he was. To be drawn to the Feanoreans in spite of Tolkien is to be drawn to Don Quixote in spite of his creator's attempt to bury the character, and with him an ideology.

Summary
“No,” Vader says, “I am your father.”
Every bit of the pain, the terror, and the rage that have been flooding Luke’s senses is completely drowned out by utter confusion. What, he thinks, the fuck.
Then, a sinking feeling completely overtakes him. The Force is telling him the truth of Vader’s words— he can feel them resonating, falling along invisible threads and weaving their way through his being— but there’s something not quite right about them. Vader is his father, at least technically, but there’s something he’s missing, something that he—
Oh shit, Luke thinks, Vader is my dad’s ex-husband.
