Summary
The All Valley Tournament was born with the intention of simply being a competition between snot-nosed kids or middle-aged men who still think they will become the next Bruce Lee or Jackie Chan and among them some future world champion who would participate in the Olympics. , instead it's become the battleground for two middle-aged men and a bloodthirsty old madman for a stupid revenge and using teenagers to get it.
This story couldn't have been more tragicomic than this if was not for two teenager deadly enemy that ran away together before competing for the final to decree the winner of this revenge.
And it's only Tuesday.

“Sorry. What’s your name?” Kara lowers the last bite of her hot dog. “You know mine, it’s only fair.”
The woman shifts her weight, pursing her lips and seeming to think about it. “I’m Lena,” she offers at last, watching Kara’s face.
“Well, it’s nice to meet you, Lena.” Kara gives her an enormous smile.
“Likewise.” Lena smiles back, then takes a breath. “I hope this isn’t the last time we talk.”
“Me, either.”
Kara watches Lena go, sees her pause at the street, then dart across awkwardly in her heels. “Lena,” she says to herself, trying it out. She goes to take another bite of her hot dog and feels the ketchup drip from her thumb, dropping into her lap.

Kara Danvers is in a slump: she’s just been fired from her job as a producer for a local news show, and she can’t get a single call back from prospective employers. But an offer from Luthor Broadcasting Corporation to help save their failing morning show might be just the thing she needs to turn it all around.

It’s not like Kara deliberately sets out to make her life harder than it should be. It’s not her fault that she’s excitable, okay, and she forgets things sometimes and maybe those things should not be forgotten under any circumstances. Maybe those things include, well, housing forms, which as it turns out are super important to submit on time if she wants to not be homeless on her sophomore year of college.
Her sister’s going to give her so much crap about this.
Alternatively: in which Kara forgot to fill out the housing form and was left with no choice but to live in the most exclusive apartment on campus.
