He lifted the lid.
The scent hit instantly.
It was warm and sharp, like the memory of something just out of reach. June inhaled and blinked. She caught whiffs of cedar smoke, fresh parchment, and… thunder.
That last one curled in her chest like a question. It was strange and familiar all at once. She felt her breath catch. Her fingers curled around the edge of the desk. Something about it made her skin tingle.
Across the room, Harry Potter leaned over the cauldron. "Treacle tart," he murmured to Hermione. "And... something I can’t place. Storms, maybe. Like the air before lightning."
Hermione gave him a knowing look. "You always did like dangerous weather."

You didn't know old feelings would come back, and you hated that they had, but there was nothing you could do. “Y/n stop." His tone, it sent shivers down your spine. Spirits. He sounded like Ozai.
You kept walking, your eyes locked onto the door.
"As your prince, I command you to STOP.” He was almost shouting now, his voice thick with emotion. Desperation. You reached the doorway to the hall and put your hand on it, pausing for a moment.
That was the first command he had ever given you.-------------------------------
You grow up with the prince, close enough to be burned.
