Summary
It was past 7:40 p.m., and the whole engineering floor was empty.
All except Sandrone, lost in code, caffeine, and deadlines.
Until a soft knock shattered her focus—and someone unexpected stepped into her office.
She was from HR. She had a calm smile. And she didn’t take no for an answer.
Five minutes. That’s all she asked. But Sandrone already knew… this was going to change everything.

Summary
When Clorinde arrived, the first thing she noticed was the crimson staining the rock the blonde had just hit. Navia was curled in on her left side to the ground with her gloved hands curled up near her face, which was out of sight and covered by her blonde locks. The bejeweled hat of hers had been knocked away in her tumble a few feet away, and the ribbon tying back half of her hair was barely hanging on, the usual bow untied and loose. The sight of blood in Navia’s hair made Clorinde’s stomach drop, the red overtaking the pale yellow, like fire in a wheat field.
