Summary
In a world where male omega's are not the most fertile omega's, Will is longing for a family as he feels his biological clock ticking. He knows it's near impossible, with fertility issues, no mate and a job with FBI that is more demanding as Jack's obsession with catching Chesapeake Ripper grows.
This all leaves Will to deal with heats alone, consuming suppressants to ease discomfort, and live with the void only a child can bring. Hannibal, an alpha, steps in during one of Will's heats to help, broaching their unconventional patient/doctor relationship that was never official on paper. The ordeal becomes pattern and the two harbor feelings for one another.
And through some miracle, Will falls pregnant with Hannibal's baby. As the pregnancy progresses, Will discovers Hannibal is the reason he's expecting, fertility drugs were used to achieve what he thought was impossible. Feeling betrayed, upset and somehow completely in love, Will will do anything to protect his baby and the alpha father of it.
Even going as far as making sure The Chesapeake Ripper is never caught.
