Alternate Universe - Soulmates. Soulmates have the ability to send sticky notes to one another that just magically appears in their peripheral vision no matter where they are. Soulmates can't specifically spill their information while using the notes they have to find a way to drop hints that doesn't violate the system. Credit to whoever posted the idea on the internet.

A massive crossover combining RWBY, Final Fantasy XIII, Frozen, and several other series. The story itself is set in a world based on RWBY.
What if Lightning Farron and Summer Rose had been friends, even lovers, prior to Summer being with Taiyang? Furthermore, how would things be different in a world where the Grimm are an even graver threat, and Ruby and the others find themselves at a Beacon Academy where Lightning, Fang, and Vanille (amongst others) are professors? Get ready. It's going to be a bumpy ride.
This crossover basically combines all of the different series I've written over the years (e.g., it includes elements not only of RWBY, FF XIII, and others but also elements of Ordinary Heroes, my fanfic for FF XIII).
Chapters are not posted in chronological order (i.e., some chapters are set in the past while others are set in the future).

Summary
Beacon was a small town in Southwest Ohio, near the border of Indiana. The unique thing about Beacon though was the people who lived there. It was who the town attracted that made it what it was. Beacon always seemed to be a magnet for strays and outcasts. People who were running or hiding settled in the town. The locals didn't ask too many questions because they had their own stories. People didn't just come there to raise a family or wind up there for no reason. People wound up in Beacon for a reason. It was like the town was drawing people there.

Weiss Schnee, Uni graduate, rich kid, and all around emotional wreck figures out the best thing to do is travel to Oregon to clock out of life. Only problem is a very cherry local keeps getting in the way. Enter Ruby Rose, a college drop out, dish washer, and Oregon native just trying to keep up a smile despite everything hoping to have meaning fall right into her lap. Solid plan... so long as she doesn't let the cracks show....
Decision is about mental illness, existential dread, losing your dreams, and learning to be okay with that.
