Morning always comes. The morning, when they have to get up, dress, and drive back to Arkham on only a couple hours of sleep. The morning when they have to kiss goodbye still in the manor — always deep, heartbreaking, until their lips are sore. When Bruce asks a quiet “I’ll see you soon?” in the privacy of Batmobile, and Harvey whispers an almost inaudible “Always.” When Batman will squeeze a scarred wrist behind Two-Face’s back just lightly before passing him to the personnel of his asylum.

Summary
Harvey and Bruce's relationship is not known to the public. As far as the public is aware, Bruce and Harvey are just very close friends who aer never apart. In reality, they are madly in love and have a love life hidden from everyone but a select few.
Every gala they up and vanish. Most think they just party elsewhere. They do, but in steamy ways.
Harvey's birthday is up and there is no passing down being able to see the gift Bruce says he has hidden for Harvey. Who cares if he's meant to the be the star of the party. He needs to see what Bruce got him. So off they go despite the party just starting!
