Summary
The history is heavy with prices. Bargains, contracts all have price but who decides fairness. Is the price fair or unfair. These are the questions harry have to grapple. You know typical fanfic where harry becomes heir to multiple houses and bashes hermione or ron or whoever author hates. This is not the fanfic.
It is my first attempt at horror. Instead of harry asking how do we do this? The question harry asks is why was it forgotten? The ghosts of pasts are not silent. The old magic demands a price.
It is deconstruction of the premise the old ways were superior compared to new magic practiced by other witches and wizards. Here main driving question is is the power truly worth the price or not? Who pays the price and at what point is it unfair? -

Summary
There are many crucial story and plot elements known as tropes. Many authors fall in trap of thinking not using tropes is good or story can be assembled like an ikea table. It is like insert part A into part B and so on without thinking why these tropes work and where they would be tacky. I wanted to create a pseudo-dadaist story (who think that randomness is an artform without understanding context) and here i showed the reaction of readers and me reading such a mess of the story. It is satire of bad dadaist stories and authors who think that dadaism equals random stories and originiality snobs.

Summary
Basic idea is that the there are entities modifying the foundation or reality and as a result the documents should not be trusted to directly tell the truth. The documents can be unreliable and the archive may be failing. I went for a bit of mind-screwy feel where it is hard to tell if the document even existed or not and if it is true or not.
