Tsukauchi gestures a scratched-up hand to the cat, “I present Catzawa the menace, as he's been so accurately dubbed by some of the officers. Don’t be fooled by the cute face and fluff, Eraser is still in there.”
“That’s a cat.” Hizashi says doubtfully.
The cat makes an offended sort of meow.
tl;dr
Shōta gets affected by an accidental Quirk on patrol, and Hizashi has far to much fun coming to terms with that fact.

Shota sneers at the teenager across from him. His defense raises like the hairs on the back of his neck as he glares steadily, ready and waiting for whatever will come from this encounter. He narrows his gaze when the teen shifts; just the thought of sharing this rooftop with Japan's most notorious villain makes his skin prickle. “Deku.”
“Y-yes!” the teenager cries out in relief, taking a small step towards Shota, “I’m Deku! I’m so g-glad you—”
“Deku,” Shota growls darkly, flicking out his capture weapon hastily to snag the villain before he can make his move. He's quick to tug it taut, leaving no room for Deku to escape. “You’re under arrest.”
“I-I’m what?! W-wait!”
tl;dr
Hero Course student Izuku comes to the realization that he is definitely not where he's supposed to be.

"Yo! The hell dude, are you blind?"
"Well yeah. I am, can't you see that?" Aizawa teased. It was fun to see people get angry and then immediately apologise. It was tiring, but equally amusing. "Or are you blind as well?"
The man paused for a moment, noticing how unfocused the omega's eyes were, mirth mingling in his voice, "Thank Buddha I'm not blind, or else I would have missed a wonderful sight. You." Aizawa felt himself fluster.
Nobody had taken it into stride and spoken to him in this manner, as if.........blindness wasn't his lone noteworthy trait. He didn't know how to react to that.

"Can you get the light?" Aizawa interrupted, the back of a knuckle rubbed just under his left eye. There was a pause.
"The light is already on," Hizashi replied and he could already imagine the concerned look that echoed the tone to his voice. There were two possible reasons for this; his long time friend and lover was playing a rather tasteless prank on him after waking up in the hospital or he was blind.
