Tadashi watches in awe as his own pale hand glides down the front of his shirt. He turns left, then right and if the mirror is to be believed, he looks completely flat. For one brief, shining moment it clicks. He should have done this years ago. He drags his fingers through his own short, dark hair and smiles softly at his reflection in the mirror. He feels… happy… for once. Like himself for the first time in a very long time.
“Kikuchi!” Aiichiro’s stern voice startles Tadashi and he turns suddenly to face the angry visage of his employer. “If you’re done admiring yourself in the mirror, there is a garden party to attend to.”
