“Is it cause you used to have a crush on me?” Mike asked, abruptly.
“What!” It was Will’s turn to blush harder, giving him a glare reserved for Mike Wheeler and Mike Wheeler only. “No. God. That was ages ago. I’ve been past that for a long time.”
Mike motioned like he’d made his point. “See? So? It wouldn’t be weird.”
So, Mike likes guys. Fine, Will can live with that. Except now Mike's worried about having fallen behind and would really like some help practicing how to kiss a guy from his also-into-guys best friend. And Will is trying really, really hard to be a good mentor to him, so what is he going to do, say no?

As he tends to do, Mike says the stupidest thing he possibly could: “I could do it.”
The air in the room goes still.
“Do… what?” Will asks hesitantly.
Great, now Mike feels like a selfish pervert. Will was just trying to vent about his struggles as a gay trans man in the ‘90s NYC dating scene, but Mike just had to go offering up his penis like it’s a charitable donation.
“Um. Nothing, sorry. Sorry about all of it. You shouldn’t have to—“
“You could do what, Mike?” Will interrupts. "Fuck me?"
or, Will's horny, has never had sex, and can only sleep with people he truly trusts. He happens to trust Mike.

Dustin wasn’t done. “You’re cheating!” he accused, pointing at Mike. “No one gets that lucky!”
Mike leaned back in his chair, grinning like he knew exactly how wrecked Will was beneath the table.
“Maybe you’re just salty ‘cause your bard keeps failing stealth checks. I’m just closer to my sorcerer.”
His thumb swiped through the wetness clinging to Will’s skin, slow and deliberate, before he lifted his hand to press two fingers against his own mouth. His tongue darted out, tasting, eyes locked on Will’s flushed face. The game board blurred.
OR: Mike fingers Will under the D&D table and then ruins him on top of it. That's all.
