Bigeneration was an anomaly. What it would start is a chain reaction that would alter timelines and weaken the cosmic net that held one universe from creeping into the next, vanishing galaxies, and even messing with the Tardis' ability to travel through time and space reliably. When the Doctor is at least 30x more likely to cross their own timestream, and our universe is falling apart at the seams, how can they even have a chance to save things this time?
