Supergirl stared at her peculiarly, arms crossed. The hairs on the back of Lena’s neck rose, and she wasn’t quite sure why. Supergirl seemed to be studying her, and it was disconcerting.
After a few moments, Supergirl stepped forward. “Why does she like you so much?”
Lena blinked back in surprise. “Who?”
“Kara Danvers.”
For a moment, Lena didn’t know what to say, before shaking her head. “Why don’t you ask her yourself? You’re her friend, not mine.”

Summary
Their therapist is a nice old lady recommended to them by Kelly.
She’s not that old, Kara supposes. She’s fairly young, but wrinkled with stress. Kara wonders how she’s supposed to solve their problems when she seems to have so many herself.
That’s the thing, though. They don’t really have any problems. This is more of a preemptive measure. Lena wants to be here, has adopted a pro-therapy stance by osmosis from Alex and Kelly, so Kara is here too. They didn’t have therapists on Krypton. You sort of just kept things to yourself and put more into society to take your mind off it. It seemed to her like the kind of thing humans needed that she didn’t.
The therapist, Dr. Davis, has them read each other’s lists. Lena hands over two pages filled with words, front and back, and Kara holds out her pink, crumpled sticky note sheepishly.
OR
Their therapist gives them separate assignments. Lena's is to write a list of things that make her happy, and Kara's is to write a list of things that make her sad. One of them has a harder time than the other.

“Is the paperwork to your liking,” her mother prodded. Clarke looked up from the info pad and gave her a look.
“Looks like your standard ‘how to stop a coup before we run out of air’ type agreement.” She wasn’t sure but she thought she saw Bellamy Blake bite his lip to stop a laugh from escaping. It was out of her periphery, she was having some nostalgic feelings from school, and she couldn’t spare him a glance, she had to stare down her mother, but well, maybe.
“Clarke,” her mother scolded her like she wasn’t an adult with a dead husband, and a child, like she wasn’t about to be used again for her mother’s political gain. “Do you want to step outside?”
“No, Chancellor,” Clarke said with an air of condescension. “The paperwork looks fine. But I hope you’re going to buy us some new sheets or a punch bowl for the trouble.”
