-What if Buck was a real Navy Seal?
-What if Buck had a friend in Los Angeles, outside of 118 and that friend was Tommy Kinard. What would happen?
A little rewrite of season 1 and the following, with these two “what ifs”…
"-Nice to meet you Tommy Kinard, I'm new to LA, I started here three months ago, but it's hard to make new friends, do you think we could become friends?
The candor of the question made Tommy smile gently, carefully observing the young man in front of him, perceiving some typically military behavior and position despite an obvious infantile behavior, which was not a pretense, which was something natural to the young man.
-I'm pretty sure that making friends this way doesn't work after kindergarten, but I'm ready to get to know you, the eldest finally said with amusement. So tell me, he continued, summarizing his meal, are you one G.I. or a Squid? "

Une petite réécriture de la saison 1 et des suivante, avec ces deux « et si » …
« -Enchanté Tommy Kinard, je suis nouveau à Los Angeles, j’ai commencé ici il y a trois mois, mais c’est difficile de se faire de nouveaux amis, pensez vous que nous pourrions devenir amis.
La candeur de la question fit doucement sourire Tommy, observant avec attention le jeune homme devant lui, percevant quelque comportement et position typiquement militaire malgré un évident comportement infantile, qui n’était pas une feinte, qui était quelque chose de naturel au jeune homme.
-Je suis à peu près sûr que se faire des amis de cette manière ne fonctionne plus après la maternel, mais je suis prêts à apprendre à vous connaître, lâcha finalement l’aîné avec amusement. Alors dites moi, continuât il en reprenant sont repas vous êtes une de ces fille de l’air ou une plante verte ? »

He couldn’t leave the thought that had Jess still been alive, Sam would be mated and had a great job, kids, a house with swing and all that jazz. And Dean…...He’d probably be dead by now. Because he didn’t think he had it in him to see his Alpha, his true mate, mated and living happily with someone who was not him.
Sam was absolutely right. Dean literally could not live without him because Sam was his world, and without him in it, he didn't know how to survive.
