Marianne and Dawn, still reeling from their father's death and desperate to get away from their interfering family decide to find a place of their own. Boggart Cottage is a perfect ten; Fully furnished, ocean view, no annoying neighbors. There's only one problem: It's haunted by the previous owner, Greg Boggart, a rough sea captain who wanted his home to be a place for retired sailors, NOT two women. Marianne and Bog clash, both refusing to back down, but little do either know more is going on beneath the surface than it seems.
