Summary
Boromir suffered an injury at Parth Galen in his desperate defense of Merry and Pippin. He could no longer raise his sword, but at least he survived. And there, at the base of a tree, Aragorn and Boromir swore oaths to one another, those of a King and his Shield. This story follows Boromir, who remained at Aragorn's side, as they fulfilled their promises to one another.

"Fuck, V…" the voice came out deeper and rougher than it should have. Every time he spoke, Johnny heard her voice in his words — but it was all wrong.
