Summary
It's one thing to end up lost in a tundra with the temperatures plummeting and limited shelter on hand. That is something Wild and Twilight have handled before with ease.
But it's another thing to be stalked relentlessly by something unknown, something that is very hungry and has its sights set on them both. Now they're stuck in a race against time to either outrun their pursuer or be consumed by the endless cold.

Summary
After seven-year-old Harry Potter runs away from his relatives' home for the sixth time, Albus decides something drastic must happen. Instead of sending a friendly witch from family services like he had done before, he sends Severus Snape in hopes of scaring the boy into staying put. But when a storm interferes with plans, Severus realizes why Harry runs away and a change of plans ensues.
A response to a Potions and Snitches challenge: Runaway, by nnjj - A pre-Hogwarts Harry Potter is unhappy at his relatives' house and keeps running away. So far Dumbledore has sent Lupin or a nice witch from family services to retrieve him, but to no use. Stronger measures are needed for Harry to stay put and he decides to enlist Severus' services to scare the boy into staying put. Once Severus retrieves the boy they are forced to spend a certain amount of time together before it is possible to return him to Privet Drive. Will Severus notice that something is not right in the boy's home? What will Dumbledore do if his plan fails?

Summary
Dogs were once wolves. Transformed over time by heavy Hylian hands, domestication blunted their fangs and soothed their wild nature. They became docile, and unwilling to speak out. Wild wasn't a dog, but that didn't mean the metaphor affected him any less. After a lifetime of servitude and silence, it was only natural that his sharp edges had been smoothed, his spirit dimmed.
Eight other heroes won't change his life so quick, but they can certainly nudge him in the right direction.
Or, another chain meets Wild fic, but Wild is much less 'wild'.

Summary
He should've been angry. He had every right to be, but instead he felt an eerie calmness wash over him, like some part of him had always known this was coming. So what if he was dying? He'd already died once before, and now the land was at peace. He was okay with it. He lived freely, and he would pass on with no regrets. Fi was dying with him, so he wouldn't be alone either. So when eight heroes showed up claiming there was yet another journey for him, he didn't hesitate. He and Fi both knew—this would be their final journey.

Summary
It was ironic in a way. The one member of their group who avoids crowds and strangers like the plague ends up being the only one to catch the highly infectious disease. Too bad Wild just so happened to hate irony.
