The owner of the house is kind enough to hand them a list of rules. Easy, right??
But every rule seems to target a specific person and as each breaks a rule, something more sinister begins to emerge. Of course everyone can manage it though. Right???- Your mildly horrific urban fantasy supernatural mystery with a valiant endeavor at humor, a smattering of attempted satire, and of course our favorite stray family.
