Summary
You and Ellie were inseparable once, best friends making music in her dad's garage. Your control and her chaos shaped the sound, before the differences ripped the band in half.
Ellie, Jesse, and Dina went on to form Jackson Pines- loud, messy, chaotic, and raw, just like Ellie.
You and Abby formed Wolves Let Free: controlled and precise, everything you wanted your music to be.
Seven years later, the two bands are forced into touring together. Old wounds, unresolved grudges, and the ghosts of who you all used to be.

Summary
Newcomers come and go through Jackson, and Ellie doesn’t pay any of them much thought. However, she catches a glimpse of you. You’re the exact opposite of her, soft and sweet like cotton candy (if that were a thing in Jackson). Now she feels 14 all over again, palms clammy and freckled face hot when you’re around. When you’re not, she buries her face into her pillow and hopelessly pines. Jesse and Dina just won’t let her fumble, though.
OR
Ellie falls for Jackson’s newcomer.
