Giorno’s voice was scratchy from sleep, and his stale breath puffed in Fugo’s face slightly, but it didn’t change that this was Fugo’s favorite part: the reciprocation. And if Fugo knew him at all, it was Giorno’s, too.
“Hey. Good morning.”
Every morning that Fugo woke up in these arms, Giorno became more beautiful.

Jolyne slides her eyes over to Hermès, who is very resolutely looking at the road. She bites her lip. Jolyne thinks about the dime bag of weed currently sitting in the glove compartment. "Oh, yeah, for sure."

Giorno has not been very successful in dissuading the stupid fucking idea that he’s a vampire.
Mista and Narancia have latched onto the theory with varying degrees of morbid enthusiasm. Abbachio doesn’t give a shit. Trish, at least, didn’t believe it, but Buccellati is giving it too much attention. Not that he’s actually a mythical creature, but that if something might kill him, why risk that?
Not everyone has a functioning brain in their heads, though.
Mista and Narancia already filled the house with garlic. They even offered Giorno a jar of minced garlic with a spoon, which he accepted, completely stonefaced, and ate a heaping spoonful.
He does the grossest things.
Buccellati nearly wrung all three of their necks, because if he was actually fatally allergic, what would they have done?
Even if obviously nothing was going to happen, Fugo begrudgingly agrees. But Giorno should have at least pretended to choke.

“Yes”, Giorno replied with anticipation, and Fugo hovered behind him, tenderly combing through his hair with his fingers.
“I thought I’d braid some flowers in your hair. And not just any flowers. I tried to pick ones that reminded me of you... Or rather how you make me feel.”
Giorno and Fugo, recently married, go on a picnic on their day off.

The footsteps paused, most likely Fugo stopping to try and gauge where Giorno was in the house. That line of thinking was proven correct when Fugo then called out: “Are you in the kitchen?”
