Summary
A strange orange glow illuminated the snow. The light softened the harsh white of the snow and sky. Gathering the last of his strength Tim dragged his useless body towards it. A cabin.
But luck never had been on his side. He floundered in the snow. Whenever he tried to move his leg nauseous pain surged through him and he coughed up the meager contents of his stomach into the snow in front of him.
He couldn’t make it, he was too tired. He could do nothing but lie there as the snow closed in around him and the world went out.

After barley escaping his execution Tim must get as far away from his old life as possible. He is not prepared for the freezing cold taiga, injured and hypothermic he collapses at the door of a strange cabin. Desperate to survive he must try and earn the mercy of the cabins owner, Warren Cadel.

Begging seemed the most appropriate option, he desperately tried to think of anything he could offer the man above him. Anything to convince the war criminal not to kill him. Nothing came to mind.

Roland could feel the bloodless chill creeping into his body. He was half crawling half dragging himself forward with only one good arm and leg with which to propel himself. His normally heavy armor felt immovable, his vision swam, and his head spun such that he could only see about a foot in front of him.
Roland had to keep moving. He had to keep going. He couldn’t stop. Roland had to find someone, anyone to help.
A Knight gets severely injured during battle and must rely on an Herbalist to heal him.
