Katniss and Finnick are hunting for food when they encounter a purple mist, terrified from their last encounter with a fog they try to outrun it only to discover they are trapped, except this mist wasn't designed to hurt in the usual way. It was designed to humiliate, to tear apart the 'star crossed lovers' the way only a potent aphrodisiac can.
Haymitch finds them and tries to be the voice of reason but how long will his own self control last?
