It was probably also the fact that a stage show made them see each other in a different light, they shined on stage, that’s no secret, but it was different than being on the audience then seeing the love of your life doing what they love right at your side. It’s obvious that it was going to leak into their intimate life, too.
(Since prepping for tour is tiring, Dan and Phil go for it harder than the usual slow, safe and clean.)
