Summary
After the "Escape The Circus" adventure, Caine (after a little convincing) vows to be more honest and answer as many questions as truthfully as he can! Becoming even the most microscopic bit more understanding of people's tastes in adventures, too.
Even better for the circus members, it seems that some things are less severe than they thought. Caine doesn't have full control over their minds after all, and the control he DOES have is one he doesn't like exerting fully. Everything seems like it's going better than expected, until...
Ragatha was expecting a lot of things from Caine's newfound honesty. She never thought she would learn she was an NPC.

“Oh, wow.” Janice frowns. It looks very unusual. “What a bummer.”
A visibly agitated Animal sinks to the floor on the opposite side of the elevator. Sam assumes this is him staking his claim on this territory and despairs. Given that hour was the only remotely understandable indication of time from the speaker-voice, he has a minimum of sixty minutes trapped in here with them. Truly, nobody in this office knows what he suffers.
