Summary
[Major Spoilers for the entire series but Mostly SDR2 and D3]
Post the end of Dangan Ronpa 3, the end of hope's peak, the Remnants set out to find their place in the world. Now that they've taken responsibility for the actions of many evil people, there aren't many places they can go. This follows the despairs making those decisions, but primarily focuses in on it from the perspective of Fuyuhiko and Peko. There are other relationships interconnected between everyone, but they aren't the main focus. Trying to stay mostly cannon compliant but Imma add stuff as I see fit, too.
The first few chapters of the story take place on the ship while they decide where to go, and lots of characters contemplating.

Summary
Maki wakes up in a hospital after the events of NDRV3's killing game. Coincidentally, all of her friends are there. Maki is now traumatized. Fortunately, all of her friends woke up months before she did, and are in stable enough places in life to help her work through the emotional trauma that comes with being reintroduced into the real world from the hacked Neo World Program- or are they?
Why she and her friends were in the hacked program in the first place is another question.
Yeah, this is a simulation AU- also a 'slow burn' romance. We're going to spend a lot of time with a lot of characters.
