Deku has been fighting villains non stop for so long now. He's just tired. Finally after so long he has Shigiraki Tomura at his mercy. He can end this madness. So why doesn't this feel right?
Deku blinked, “huh?” but just as the teens' hands met Deku felt his stomach drop and the world began to spin. Instinctively he held tighter to the hand in his but everything was too much all of a sudden. The sound of blood in his ears drowning out any words and even the scream that escapes the hero. His body feels like it’s falling. The world is a total blur of colors. It feels like goes on forever, but it could have only been moments. By the time the world rights itself and the boy can think he notices he’s no longer surrounded by rubble. Blinking a bit he quickly took in the rooftop he now stood on with a quickly shrinking All Might.

Summary
Katsuki Bakugo does not get into U.A. Someone reports his bullying, and he is banned from attending the hero school of his dreams. After losing everything he wants, Katsuki turns to a life of vigilantism, hoping to still become a hero despite the odds. But being a hero, especially without training or support, is more difficult than he imagined. After months of taking down low-level villains and petty criminals, Katsuki runs into the LOV, and his fate is changed.
On the other side of the city, at U.A., exhausted teacher and pro-hero Eraserhead is tired. He spends his days wrangling 20 hopeful heroes, and he doesn't have the time for vigilante children. But here he is, tracking down a mystery child who fights villains Quirkless.
"Let’s just play with him a little bit and take his blood,” she begged.
The man rolled his eyes. “No. We’re silencing this dumb kid who thought that he could play hero.” The blue flame lit up in his palm once more, and the girl- Toga’s eyes glinted before she also rounded on Katsuki again.
But Katsuki wasn’t scared. He smirked at them and said, “You’re messing with the wrong guy. I eat villains for breakfast.”
“How silly,” the man replied, and lunged.

He was instantaneously taken apart and put back together again in a way that was utterly agonizing.

She takes off her sweater and presses it to her son’s stab wound. Izuku rips off his mask to reveal an incredulous expression.

Midoriya Izuku, failing to get into U.A.'s Hero course, decides to chuck almost everything, of course except for the important stuff like justice, being a hero, saving folks, caring about Kacchan, and his mom, and All Might, and, oh yeah, his All Might Hero collectibles... And some other hero collectibles... So, he decides, 'I'm gonna be a vigilante now. Plus Ultra!'
Meanwhile, Bakugou Katsuki realizes that Deku has always been... there. A constant in his life, like a habit he didn't realise he had but now wiithout Deku around, he feels… feelings. After all, if there's no Deku there's no Kacchan.
