His hair was mussed, and Levi wanted to run his fingers through it, comb it into a semblance of order like he often did at night, when that head rested on his chest. “Not much to look at.” He paused for a solid few heartbeats, watching Levi take up the roll of bandages and start wrapping the stump with care. “I see your shadow under the door every time you stand there. You’re hesitating longer now than you did three days ago, did you know that?”

Once a year, Mondstadt would host an event called Blind Ball. Just like any event held before this occasion, it's basically just booths and food, decorations, and activities. Only that it centered around a particular theme, love, and soulmates. There's a catch though.
A dance in the dark, in a ballroom full of participants, testing the word 'fated' if they really are.
As a teenager, Diluc would always find himself with Kaeya at the end of the dance. Fascinated and believing they were indeed soulmates.
As estranged adults, Diluc now began to ask Kaeya, "How do you always find me?" Suspicious and doubting that soulmates even exist.
"What made you say it is me who finds you?" There was no response as he turns to smirk. "Then shall we put that to the test?"
Maybe now, Kaeya might end up with someone else...
As if Diluc would let that happen.

Summary
Turning to the centre pages of The Eldian Herald, Falco finds a double page spread titled “Heroes of the Eldian Nation: Commander Erwin Smith, 13th Commander of the Survey Corps.” At the head of the page is an imposing picture of a handsome grim-faced man mounted astride a rearing white horse, holding his sword aloft as if poised in mid charge. The caption beneath reads: “Dedicate your Hearts! Erwin Smith, the last great commander of the Survey Corps”. Curiosity piqued, Falco sits down to read.
Intrigued by an article he reads in a newspaper, Falco questions Levi about what the 13th Commander of the Survey Corps was really like.
