Summary
You're a travelling apothecary with no permanent residency. You're staying in a small village when your host comes busting into his clinic carrying an unconscious man. Later on, he introduces himself as Itachi. You suggest hiring Itachi to protect you from the restless roads you travel as you have no skills to defend yourself.
In other words: You heal all of Itachi's wounds and illness after his battle with Sasuke. He's unsure what to do now as everyone presumes he is dead. What is his purpose now? He takes up on the offer to travel with you as he wonders what now.
