Summary
Outside the door of Lance’s bedroom, and several paces down the hall, the doors to the elevator press together with a muffled click. There’s a beat of silence, and then a hum as the carriage descends.
In his room, Lance releases a breath, sighing out against his pillow. Now where was he?
He leans over to pump out another palmful of lotion, wiggling his shoulders against the sheets to readjust for the perfect angle. Shiro looks a little stunned at the display, and maybe a little guilty, like he should have realized Lance’s mistake before it steamrolled into Keith’s discomfort—but Keith, himself, is wearing a very neutral expression. He licks his lips, and Lance is distracted by it a moment, even if it was a very plain kiss that he shouldn’t be distracted by. “See?” Keith says, tearing his eyes away and looking to Shiro, “We’re great actors.”

What was supposed to have been a ‘getting-to-know-your-roomie’ drinking session, (which he was sure Keith didn’t want to participate in from the beginning) had turned into Lance somehow giving away how weak he was for being controlled in the bedroom.
He honestly couldn’t remember if he’d said something out loud or if he’d done something perhaps he shouldn’t have, and (still a little hazy on the details) somehow that had ended up with Keith dry humping him so hard on the sofa that he woke the next day to bruised hip bones and his scalp hurting at the back where Keith had been holding his head down by his hair.
