Summary
After the paladins returned from their mission to collect technology found on an abandoned Galra ship, Keith is suddenly struck with unbearable pain, migraines, one's which cause him to become dizzy and sometimes collapse.
No matter how much testing, Coran can't find the cause of them. There's no pattern, they just come and go. This prevents Keith from joining on missions as the group fear that he might be more vulnerable due to them, and without Keith they can't form Voltron.
Eventually, the have no other choice but to form Voltron.
