This is why I ALWAYS MADE ALISTAIR KING (while Anora rotted in jail). Wonderfully written (I enjoy the flashback/flashforward) - interesting character study. Elissa is the best!

Important notes: the Dragonborn is not the Herald / Inquisitor in this story. While the story follows the plot of DA:I, this isn't a rewrite of the quest lines. :)
