Summary
you join task force 141 under mysterious circumstances with no intention to make them any less mysterious. you're there to work, not to make friends, not to play nice, and certainly not to get involved with anyone's life but yours.
well, too bad for you.
---
you are a disgraced biological engineer who was, until recently, employed under the united states military. your rank and privileges have been stripped for reasons you either can't or won't disclose, but after a year of dormancy, it's time for you to step into the light: the light of impending doom.
somewhat canon-compliant, some story elements are preserved. there will be some sci-fi elements to this story as well.
